A definition of the word beam is to “smile radiantly”. I created Beam Ice Cream to reflect the joy that the little things like a bite of something sweet with a hint of nostalgia can bring. The color combinations and ice cream flavors were inspired by some of my favorite movies growing up. Flavors such as Lavender Vanilla send you to an Alice in Wonderland tea party, Banana Pudding to a Jungle Book sing-along, and Birthday Cake to the whirlwind of an unforgettable birthday in Sixteen Candles.
